Sensory Tools for FEB Students
(November 2024)
The purpose of this grant is to ensure that there is a variety of sensory diet tools available for the students at FE Bellows. A sensory diet consists of activities and/or tools that have the potential to assist students with regulating their alertness, emotional regulation and their organization. When a student is able to achieve a "just right" level of these skills, it helps them become more available to learn. These tools will be available to any student that would benefit from them, not just those with a 504 or IEP.

In future years, the club plans to work with the art club, yearbook club or an independent publisher to publish an original comic book that students' create.
